Research and Development

Our research and development center is a development organization of Beifang Benchi Heavy-Duty Truck Co., Ltd. It is responsible for developing, designing, try-production, testing, working out development plan of products, strengthening the application of computer technology, management of technical archives, and information construction.

This center has over 120 employees, among which over 50 are the technical personnel with senior and medium professional titles. It consists of product designing and development section, product application and development section, technological standardization section, trail-production workshop, comprehensive planning section and archives section. The center possesses three-dimensional digitalization product developing system, and is capable of completing the designing, emulating, manufacturing and data management on the basis of advanced 3D CAD / CAM / CAE software. The functions of the system covers the complete processes from designing of complete vehicle, disassembling of component, designing of parts and components, simulating assembly, checking of interference, to printing out the engineering drawings.

Relied on the production and research and development technology of Benz NG80, the center has completed the research and development of B, C and multi-axle series products of Beifang Benchi Heavy-Duty Trucks.

With the principle of keeping a foothold on solid foundation and making permanent development, the center adopts an opening-type development mode of product and utilizes the special research and development capability to meet the users' requirements by high starting point and high quality research and developing achievements. Besides, it can provide strong warrant for scaled successive development of our company.
